ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase from Pomegranate. If you change your mind, you may return any full-priced item for a store credit, subject to the following conditions:

We do not accept returns on products purchased during a promotional sale period (discounts of more than 15%) or items marked as markdown/final sale.

Sale or promotional items cannot be returned for a credit note, refund, or exchange, unless the item is faulty.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of dispatch for Australian and New Zealand customers, and 21 days for all other countries.

Items must be in saleable condition, with all original tags attached.

Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.

Credit notes for change-of-mind purchases will only be issued for full-priced items returned within 14 days of receipt.

Online order returns can be dropped off in-store at Pomegranate (251A Coventry Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205) for credit note processing.
Holiday Return Policy
We offer an extended returns period until 10th January for all orders placed from 1st December.
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene reasons, earrings and lingerie/swimwear bottoms cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Pomegranate is not required to offer a refund if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, or make an incorrect selection.
